THE VIEW OF THE SYSTEM THROUGH THE CUSTOM/DUTY.

1) This system follows those expectations that arrises out of the newest custom/duty strategies of the European Union (EU), for the fight against terrorizm.

This strategy not only prescribes the normal safety elements, with strenghtening the security of the supply chain, but increases the citizens sense of safety.

2) The system realizes the same customs political policy that exist a long time ago in the passenger traffic. Namely, increases the security of the free flowing of products, without any obstacle to the movements of the baggages or parcells.

3) The improvement of the EU's custom/duty laws are very important, because they lifting into it the safety elements. There are no total harmonious rules in the passenger traffic, but at the same time, this system capable of preventing the latter "victimzition" by manipulation of the baggages or parcells. This way from the standpoint of customs service it spells out a secured system.
